"Talkdesk is a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider. As part of the contact center services provided to customers throughout the world, Talkdesk processes personal data on behalf of its customers.
In all processing of personal data, Talkdesk aims for the highest principles of privacy, allowing us to comply with several privacy laws and regulations from different countries and industries. We use the most restricted framework as a baseline. The privacy and security culture is aligned with technical and organizational best practices ensuring that all personal data is adequately protected against unauthorized disclosure, loss, alteration, or destruction, and that all data processing operations are recorded and kept up-to-date in our internal documentation.
The use and disclosure of personal data by Talkdesk is also subject to our privacy policy, information management and data classification policy, third party security policy, and other information security policies and associated controls.
Privacy and compliance are part of our DNA and we embrace privacy and security by design and by default. In every new product/feature that Talkdesk develops, we consider all privacy concerns at the initial design phase, ensuring that development responds to the necessary requirements our customers are challenged with."
